Our client in the Agricultural Sector is looking for a Financial Administrator with Debtors and Creditors experience to join their team in Nelspruit - Alkmaar.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12
• Additional financial qualification would be an advantage
• Managing the full Debtors and Creditors function
• Capturing and processing invoices accurately and timeously
• Reconciling customer and supplier accounts
• Following up on outstanding debtors and ensuring timely collections
• Preparing and processing payments to suppliers
• Handling queries related to accounts receivable and payable
• Performing monthly reconciliations of accounts
• Assisting with cash flow management and forecasting
• Capturing bank statements and performing bank reconciliations
• Assisting with VAT calculations and submissions
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Assisting in preparation of audit files and supporting documentation
• Supporting the finance team with ad hoc administrative and accounting tasks
• Must have own transport and valid Driver's license
