As a Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial activities and ensuring compliance within the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of the business and grow your career in the property industry.

Duties include:

Oversee financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Conduct regular reviews of financial processes and controls to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Education:

Qualified CA(SA)

Job Experience & Skills Required:

1 – 3 years’ experience within the property industry
Strong excel knowledge
