POSITION INFO:
This company is a leading global manufacturer and distributor of heavy equipment for the construction, mining, forestry, and agricultural sectors. Headquartered in South Africa, the company is renowned for its robust, innovative machinery—particularly its world-class range of articulated dump trucks. With a strong footprint across Africa and international markets, it combines advanced engineering with local expertise to deliver durable, high-performance solutions backed by exceptional service and support.
The role will report to the Senior FM and some of the responsibilities are: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and relevant statutory requirements, lead external audits and coordinate with Auditors. Monitor and control manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labour, and overhead. Analyze cost variances and recommend improvements.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Accounting
- SAP advantageous
- CIMA in progress - Strategic Level
- 8 years relevant Manufacturing experience
