SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with IFRS and relevant regulatory requirements.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Manage internal controls, risk assessments, and governance frameworks.
Liaise with auditors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Oversee and mentor finance team members to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

CA(SA) qualification required.
Minimum 5 years post-articles experience, with at least 3 years in a financial management or controller role.
Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and corporate governance.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in ERP systems.
