POSITION INFO:

Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Financial Controller

Providing Financial Control to the Logistics Department ensuring adherence to budgeting, internal controls and key performance indicators

Review, Monitor, Recalculate and Approve Monthly Costings and Volumes Reports, Costs Allocations and Delivery Costs

Monitor, Prepare and Report on Capital Expenditure (Actual vs Budget, Capex Utilisation and Return on Investment) per Project etc.

Monitor all Delivery Costs/Volumes, investigate variances, provide reasons for overspending and make recommendations for improvements

Assist the Finance Team to ensure Accuracy of Management Accounts and Compliance of Internal Controls

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role / environment

Advanced Excel Skills

Good communication skills, interpersonal skills

Work under pressure

Qualification:

B.Com (Hons) / B. Com (Logistics) / CIMA Qualification

Basic knowledge of Pastel Evolution knowledge would be beneficial.
