SUMMARY:
Are you a qualified CA with at least 2 years commercial experience? One of our clients situated in the northern suburbs; is looking to appoint a finance professional to take on the role of Financial Controller. You will be required to report into office once a week and manage a small team.

POSITION INFO:

Produce accurate monthly financial reports

Analyse financial information and summarise financial status

Provide monthly details of variances in overhead costs vs budget to management

Prepare weekly cashflow forecast reports

Prepare financial statements and analyse budget

Prepares monthly/annual statutory returns and payments

Ensure compliance

Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance

Manage month-end and year-end close process

Ensure compliance with GAAP principles and implement IFRS for SMEs

Manage accounting team

Provide technical support and advice to Head of Finance

Qualification:

CA(SA) Non-Negotiable
