JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Prepare PAYE, SDL& UIF reconciliations.
Review VAT reconciliations for all companies.
Maintain fixed assets register.
Prepare monthly General Ledger journals and accruals.
Prepare monthly General Ledger Reconciliations.
Resolving queries and follow up on exceptions on General Ledger Reconciliations.
Cash management - Approval and releasing of EFT payments.
Ensure all monthly reporting deadlines are met.
Assist with ad hoc duties in Finance Department.
Assisting with audit queries.

Skills, Competencies and minimum requirements:

Matric.
B.com degree or equivalent.
At least 5 years’ experience in finance.
High level of excel.
Numeracy.
Communication Skills.
Planning Skills.
Time Management Skills.
Analytical.
Experience with Kerridge and oracle with be advantageous.
