JOB SUMMARY:
Regenesys is looking to appoint suitably qualified Finance Management Accountant who will assist Regenesys Business School with managing the full accounting function for a subsidiary or business segment. The successful incumbent’s responsibilities will be as follows:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Cash Flow

Analysing daily cash flow
Preparing Cash flow projections – weekly, monthly, yearly
Balancing incoming receipts with outgoing payments

Taxation

Prepare monthly VAT submissions
Compute 1st, 2nd and 3rd Provisional Income tax calculations and submissions

Accounting

Maintain the GL
Account for all financial transaction (Income Statement and Balance Sheet)

Funding

Liaising with Financial Institutions and Development agencies
Preparing Business plans/Financial information for the Funders
Investigating new funding options

Bank Accounts

Opening new Bank accounts
Bank reconciliations at month end

Growth

Investigating new business opportunities
Prepare Annual budget

Management Accounts

Review and analysis of monthly accounts
Variance analysis
GL reconciliations
