Take ownership of financial operations within a dynamic services environment. This role offers the opportunity to influence financial performance, strengthen reporting processes, and support strategic business decisions.

The Financial Manager will oversee accounting processes, financial reporting, forecasting, compliance, treasury activities, and audit coordination. You will work closely with operational leadership to ensure sound financial management and continuous process improvement.

This opportunity suits a hands-on finance professional who combines strong technical accounting skills with commercial awareness and operational insight.

What You’ll Do

Prepare financial statements and manage month-end processes
Maintain general ledger and reconcile accounts
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting
Support costing analysis and financial modelling initiatives
Ensure compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements
Coordinate audit processes and manage audit findings
Oversee treasury functions and payment processes
Maintain fixed asset and financial control systems
Support operational teams with financial insights and reporting

What You Bring

B.Com Finance qualification
Minimum 5 years’ finance experience within services environments
Strong understanding of IFRS and financial controls
Advanced MS Excel capability
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent planning and organisational ability
High attention to detail and accountability
