SUMMARY:
Role Description
This is a Financial Manager onsite role located in Letsitele. The Financial Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including preparing financial statements, and management accounts, managing budgets and cash flow, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions. The Financial Manager will also be responsible for preparing all regulatory reporting and overseeing the payroll function

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CA SA Certified
3 years experience in financial management and analysis, with a track record of success in meeting financial goals
Experience in budget preparation and management, cash flow management, and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate financial information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Membership in a recognized professional accounting body in good standing is an asset
Agricultural experience will be an advantage
