POSITION INFO:
My client, who is long established in manufacturing products to promote sustainability is searching for a skilled Finance Manager to lead their financial operations with precision and expertise. As a vital member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategies and ensuring the company's financial health as they ascend to new summits.

Duties and Responsibilities

Preparation of annual financial statements
Cash flow forecasting and management
People Management and Development
Financial Reporting and Analysis
Financial control and corporate governance

Job Experience & Skills Required

BCom Accounting
Minimum 5 years experience in the manufacturing industry
Minimum 3 years experience in managing a finance department
Experience working in a plant is essential
