Job Summary:

We seek a strategic Financial Manager to lead our finance division, provide oversight on operations, and drive business growth. Reporting to the CFO, you will work closely with executives, external stakeholders, and travel occasionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day financial operations (payroll, invoicing, debtors/creditors)
Maintain cashbooks, records, and financial reports
Provide strategic advice on business decisions
Lead external relationships (auditors, agents)
Manage taxation, financial regulations, and risk
Develop business plans, forecasts, and financial policies

Requirements:

BCom Hons, CA(SA) advantageous
3+ years senior experience in manufacturing/industrial sector
Fundraising and investor relations experience essential
