If so, this opportunity could be the perfect next step in your career! We are seeking a Financial Manager for our client, a reputable and growing leader in the manufacturing industry. As a key member of the finance team, you will manage financial operations, drive strategic decision-making, and ensure the smooth running of all financial activities within a fast-paced, production-driven environment. Duties: Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded in compliance with local regulations and industry standards. Oversee Work in Progress (WIP) management and Bill of Materials (BOMs) for production, ensuring accurate costing and effective tracking of inventory and manufacturing processes. Take charge of inventory management, ensuring effective stock control processes that optimize operational efficiency and minimize costs, with a focus on both raw materials and finished goods. Monitor and analyse manufacturing costs, looking for opportunities to reduce costs and improve profit margins, while ensuring financial objectives are met.
