One of my JSE listed clients within the logistics industry has an opportunity for an experienced Financial Manager.

POSITION INFO:
Job & Company Description:
This prominent South African organization excels in logistics, supply chain, and automotive services, offering solutions like transportation, fleet management, and supply chain optimization. With a robust international presence, it serves sectors such as retail, automotive, and resources, using cutting-edge technology to boost operational efficiency.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for the budget planning, forecasting and ultimately offering insights and financial advice to management.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

5 years’ post CA (SA) qualification experience - background within the logistics environment preferred
Must have experience on SAP – or related ERP system
Must have staff management experience

Key Responsibilities:

Budgets and forecasts
Financial Analysis
Reporting
Tax planning
Preparation of Financial Annual Statements
Audit planning and audits
