We are recruiting for a Financial Manager for a Multinational Organisation!

Are you a strategic and hands-on Financial Manager ready to join a globally respected brand? Our client, a multinational services company operating at the forefront of its industry, is looking for a high-calibre finance professional to take ownership of financial operations at their Durban North location. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a business with international reach and local influence, where your leadership and insight will directly contribute to driving financial excellence across the board!

Duties:

Oversee full financial function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Ensure timely and accurate month-end reporting and management accounts
Lead annual audit processes and ensure compliance with IFRS and group reporting standards
Drive financial controls, process improvements, and internal governance
Liaise with both local and international stakeholders across multiple business units

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA))

Experience:

Minimum 3 years’ post-articles experience in manufacturing, industrial, or similar operational environments.
