POSITION INFO:

Based in Johannesburg West, this role offers an exceptional opportunity for a rising finance professional, with a strong academic foundation and 3 to 5 years of solid post-articles experience, to step into a leadership role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on financial management.

Duties:

Prepare and present accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Lead budgeting processes and provide insights to guide operational and strategic decisions.
Oversee and manage the cash flow to ensure operational efficiency and financial health.
Develop, implement, and monitor financial controls, supporting audit processes and statutory compliance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights and support sustainable growth initiatives.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:
- A qualified finance professional with completed SAIPA or SAICA articles
Experience:
- 3–5 years of strong, relevant experience post-articles in a fast-paced business environment
- Known for your sharp analytical mindset, attention to detail, and commercial acumen
