POSITION INFO:
Financial Manager – Johannesburg North

Requirements:

• Develop and execute financial strategies that drive growth, profitability, and efficiency.
• Oversee the creation of budgets and financial forecasts, and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for senior management and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, safeguarding the company’s financial health.
• Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize liquidity for business operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Financial Analysts and other professionals.
• Analyse cost structures and identify areas for cost savings and operational improvements.
• Ensure that all financial practices are compliant with local and international financial regulations and standards.

• BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance
• CA(SA) with 3 years post experience
• 3+ years of experience leading a team of 6, within the self captive insurance sector
