Our client, a well-established and innovative company in the software services sector, is seeking a Financial Manager with a strong command of financial strategy, reporting frameworks, and operational leadership. This is a high-impact role where your financial acumen will directly influence business decision-making in an industry that’s shaping the future.

Duties:

Lead the finance team and oversee day-to-day financial operations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS
Develop, manage, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial models
Provide financial input into strategic planning and decision-making
Ensure compliance with tax laws, audit requirements, and corporate governance

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:
- CA(SA) qualification is essential
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years post-articles experience, ideally within the software, technology, or services sectors
