My client is looking for a Finance Manager to lead the financial strategy and execution across the Operations and Service Delivery teams.

As the Financial Manager you will report to senior leadership, this role is critical in shaping financial direction, improving cost-efficiency, and supporting business growth. You will oversee key financial processes - optimizing OPEX, CAPEX, and asset management - while ensuring compliance, strong financial controls, and strategic business partnering. This position plays a pivotal leadership role, directly managing Accounts Receivable and Payable resources and ensuring SLA alignment with regional teams.

As the Financial Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Lead financial strategy for Operations and Service Delivery departments.
• Design and implement cost optimization processes across CAPEX and OPEX.
• Analyze ROIC, assess profitability, and provide insights on operational performance.
• Oversee compliance, audit readiness, and financial reporting.
• Manage vendor finance relationships and contracting strategies.
• Drive process improvement and technology adoption (e.g., ERP systems).
• Support long-term planning and financial risk management.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team.
