Other duties include:

• Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts
• Leading month-end and year-end processes including reconciliations
• Overseeing stock management and controls
• Driving budgeting, forecasting, and reporting accuracy
• Managing a small team and aligning finance with operations

• Qualified CA(SA) or CIMA

• 5+ years’ experience in a Financial Manager role
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred
• Strong skills in stock management, recons, and cost accounting
• Experience leading a team and working cross-functionally
