The successful incumbent will not only manage the core finance functions but also play a critical part in inventory, costing and process oversight — key focus areas in this sector.
Other duties include:

Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts
Leading month-end and year-end processes including reconciliations
Overseeing stock management and controls
Driving budgeting, forecasting, and reporting accuracy
Managing a small team and aligning finance with operations

Education:

Qualified CA(SA) or CIMA

Job Experience & Skills required:

5+ years’ experience in a Financial Manager role
Previous manufacturing experience is preferred
Strong skills in stock management, recons, and cost accounting
Experience leading a team and working cross-functionally
