• Financial reporting & analysis
• Budgets & forecasting
• Costing (deep manufacturing & product costing experience essential)
• Internal controls & compliance
• Treasury & forex management
• Tax planning & audit readiness
• Automation of financial processes
• Team leadership & people management

• ✅ CIMA or CA(SA) qualification
• ✅ SAP experience (non-negotiable)
• ✅ Strong costing background in a manufacturing environment
• ✅ Proven experience in automating and streamlining financial processes
• ✅ Hands-on and operational mindset – You thrive on being close to the action
• ✅ Excellent leadership skills – You can drive and inspire a finance team
