Are you a qualified CA(SA) ready to take on a high-impact leadership role? A dynamic opportunity has opened up for a skilled Financial Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leading finance functions that drive business success.

If you're hands-on, strategic, and want to work closely with an executive team, this is your chance to step into a key role that will influence performance, ensure compliance, and guide financial planning for a growing business.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage daily finance operations including debtors, creditors, treasury, payroll, cashbooks, and SARS
• Lead monthly reporting, board packs, management accounts, and financial year-end processes
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting, and support executive decision-making through accurate reporting
• Ensure full compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
• Serve as the main liaison for external auditors and handle BEE submissions
• Drive improvements in financial systems, internal controls, and reporting processes
• Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 finance professionals (some based in other locations)
• Actively contribute to recruitment, coaching, talent development, and succession planning

What You'll Bring:

• Qualified CA(SA) or similar
• 5+ years experience in a Financial Manager role
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, audit, and compliance
• Previous exposure to Microsoft Dynamic 365 - Business Central (advantageous)
• Advanced Excel and solid proficiency in Microsoft Office
