POSITION INFO:

They need a Financial Manager who’s not afraid to get into the nuts and bolts of the operation, take control of the financial engine, and help drive smarter, tougher growth. Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee all financial and accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Lead cash flow management, compliance, and risk mitigation
Support strategic decision-making through financial insights and analysis
Implement and improve financial systems, controls, and processes
Engage with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and suppliers

Experience Required

BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 8 years of experience in a financial management role
Strong understanding of import processes and related financial controls
Proven ability to operate effectively in a hands-on, high-growth, entrepreneurial setting
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
