POSITION INFO:

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Provide month-end support to the UK-based Management Accounts team, ensuring the accurate and timely closure of AR and AP ledgers
Review and approve AR and AP ledger entries, enabling the on-time close of books within working day 4 deadlines
Prepare South African Management Accounts, including all accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
Conduct overhead analysis across both UK and South African entities, delivering insights to support decision-making
Oversee all local cash management activities, including payroll approvals, supplier payments, and inward fund allocations from the UK treasury
Lead, mentor, and inspire the Finance Transactional Team, conducting regular one-to-one sessions and quarterly performance reviews in line with development plans
Maintain strong internal controls, reducing financial risk and ensuring all processes are consistently followed
Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives, helping to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency

Skills & Experience:
Excellent understanding of cashflow and forecasting
Minimum 4 Years in a senior finance operational role
Strong Leadership
Clear and confident communication
Working in a fast paced environment

Qualification:
CIMA/CA(SA)/AGA(SA)/ Degree in Finance
Minimum 7 – 10+ years experience
