POSITION INFO:
An international leader in the heavy equipment manufacturing industry is seeking a skilled Financial Manager to take ownership of cash and treasury management, internal controls, and statutory reporting. This role is critical in managing financial operations across both local and global entities and requires someone with a solid foundation in IFRS compliance and strong leadership capabilities.

Other Duties Include:

Managing daily and strategic cash flow, funding, and global treasury operations
Overseeing accounts payable and driving efficiency in payment processes
Reviewing annual financial statements in line with IFRS and SOX standards
Ensuring that strong internal control environments are maintained and improved
Managing a finance team and developing talent within the department

Education:

CA(SA) qualification (essential)

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Finance Manager role
Manufacturing industry experience is non-negotiable
Strong knowledge of IFRS, internal controls (SOX), treasury, and AP
Proven leadership and team management capabilities
