POSITION INFO:
This organization focuses on delivering large-scale, impactful projects in key sectors such as water management, transport systems, and energy solutions. Their work is characterized by a commitment to engineering excellence, underpinned by rigorous financial precision and adherence to compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Oversee all financial operations, reporting, and cash flow management.
Lead project costing, profitability analysis, and cost-reduction initiatives.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, SARS, and statutory requirements.
Manage and develop the finance team.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

10+ years' experience, with 3-5 years in a Financial Manager role within engineering/manufacturing.
Proven experience with ERP systems and project costing.
Strong leadership and strategic commercial acumen.
