We’re looking for a Financial Manager to lead our finance team, ensure compliance, and deliver the insights that drive growth and profitability across developments, rentals, and investments.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of accurate and compliant financial statements for multiple property entities.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to optimize portfolio performance and returns.
Oversee compliance with IFRS, property legislation, tax regulations, and internal controls.
Partner with Auditors, banks, and investors while managing the audit process end-to-end.
Provide strategic financial insights to guide property acquisitions, developments, and asset management decisions.
Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members to achieve operational excellence.

Skills & Requirements:

BCom in Accounting.
5+ years’ experience in a finance leadership role, ideally within the property or real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of property accounting, IFRS, compliance, and corporate governance.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills with a commercial mindset.
