As the Financial Manager you will gain the chance to apply your technical expertise in a dynamic, project-driven environment where strategic financial insight is highly valued. You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders, providing guidance and leadership that support long-term growth and sustainability. This position allows you to combine your CA(SA) qualification and management experience to influence key financial outcomes and contribute meaningfully to the organisation’s success.

Duties:

Budgeting and forecasting
Annual financial statements and financial reporting
Support decision-making and secure funding
Oversee compliance, risk assessment, and management of claims or disputes
Drive financial process improvements and adopt best practices for advisory delivery

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

Qualified Chartered Accountant – CA(SA).

Experience:

Minimum 5–7 years post-qualification experience.
At least 2–3 years of management experience.
Proficiency in financial modelling, reporting, and ERP or advanced Excel tools.
