POSITION INFO:
Financial Manager - Johannesburg North

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead the financial operations, reporting, and planning across multiple funds and corporate entities.
Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team.
Own capital calls, distributions, investor reporting, and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to support deal execution and fund performance.
Drive improvements in financial systems, controls, and reporting processes.
Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

What You Bring:

Qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, and CPA) with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
Solid background in private equity, investment management, or a related financial services field.
Strong technical grasp of IFRS/GAAP, consolidations, and fund structures.
Leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex financials clearly.
