POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA(SA))
5+ years post-articles experience in a financial management or senior reporting role
Strong management accounting skills with a focus on strategic decision-making
Confident delivering Board presentations and influencing executive leadership
Proven team leadership/management experience
Industry preference: Manufacturing / Product-based environment

Key Responsibilities:

Own and drive the management reporting process
Deliver actionable insights to support strategic direction
Present financials at a Board level with impact and clarity
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational and commercial goals
