We’re looking for a Financial Manager who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, own the P&L, and partner with operations to keep performance sharp and profitable. POSITION INFO:

In this fast-paced services environment, no two days will look the same. You’ll be the go-to person for monthly management accounts, budgets, cash flow, and all things finance, while also helping shape smarter processes and supporting exciting new business bids. You’ll work closely with leadership, guiding decisions that keep the business moving forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Keep cash flow healthy with forecasting, reporting, and smart analysis.
Deliver accurate monthly management accounts and budgets that tell the full story.
Oversee creditors, debtors, and reconciliations, and make sure every number adds up.
Be the finance lead on audits, insurance, compliance, and B-BBEE requirements.
Lead and develop a motivated finance team while driving process improvements.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

BCom Honours (with articles) / newly qualified CA.
3–5 years’ experience in a finance role with real accountability.
Advanced Excel wizardry.
Strong communicator who can influence, guide, and collaborate.
Commercially sharp, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
A proactive leader who thrives on challenges and brings fresh ideas.
