POSITION INFO:
We're looking for a Financial Manager who thrives in complex environments, understands capital structures, and can drive strategic financial decisions that fuel growth and unlock value.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial operations, reporting, forecasting, and risk management for diverse investment portfolios
Provide critical financial insight and analysis to support investment decisions and deal structuring
Partner with senior leadership and investment teams on fund performance, capital deployment, and value creation strategies
Manage budgeting, compliance, and investor reporting across multiple entities
Ensure regulatory and tax compliance within the South African financial landscape

Job Experience & Skills Required:

BCom Finance/Accounting (CA(SA) preferred)
5+ years in financial management within private equity, investment banking, or asset management
Deep understanding of investment structures, fund accounting, and financial modelling
