An exciting opportunity has just landed for a Financial Manager within a high-performing, forward-thinking company in the aviation industry. If you’re ready to take control of the financial cockpit and navigate a growing business to even greater heights, keep reading. As the business continues to expand its wingspan, particularly into international markets like Australia, they’re looking for someone who can blend financial expertise with operational insight and global awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage the full finance function, from day-to-day operations to strategic financial planning
Lead and mentor a small team of finance professionals, driving performance and efficiency
Prepare and present accurate management accounts, financial reports, and budget forecasts
Ensure full compliance with local tax laws, IFRS, and international reporting requirements
Analyse financial data to support commercial decision-making and improve cost management
Play a key role in business planning, working closely with operational, commercial, and executive teams

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Qualified CA (SA)
Minimum 2 years’ management experience in a finance leadership role
Strong technical accounting skills, with deep knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting
Experience with or knowledge of the Australian market, highly desirable
