POSITION INFO:
Located in the heart of Limpopo’s thriving agricultural belt, this company plays a critical support role to businesses across the region. They pride themselves on providing excellent service, long-term partnerships, and reliable operational support to their clients – many of whom operate in agriculture and agri-processing. As the company grows, they need a strategic and energetic Financial Manager to take ownership of their finance operations and contribute directly to business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full accounting and finance function, including general ledger, payroll, and reporting
- Prepare and present monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
- Maintain and improve internal controls and financial systems
- Ensure accurate and timeous compliance with tax and statutory requirements
- Collaborate with Operational Managers and senior leadership to support business growth and efficiency
- Provide strategic insights based on financial performance and trends
Job Experience and Skills Required:- Newly qualified CA(SA)
- Experience working with or auditing agricultural clients is highly advantageous
