An international market leader in the distribution and retail sector is seeking a dynamic and driven Financial Manager to take ownership of their finance function in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

This global business is known for its premium products and innovative approach to the market. The role requires a Financial Manager who thrives under pressure, is confident managing complex intercompany transactions, and has strong operational exposure. This is a fully remote, plug-and-play opportunity suited to a CA(SA) who can hit the ground running and deliver immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee full financial management, reporting, and control across multiple entities
Manage intercompany transfers and ensure accurate consolidation and reconciliation
Provide insight into stock, sales, and distribution performance
Drive operational excellence through analysis and continuous improvement
Support executive management with strategic input and business performance reporting
Ensure compliance, governance, and timely reporting across all jurisdictions

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA) qualification with a minimum of 5 years’ management experience
Experience within stock, sales, distribution, or retail sectors essential
Strong understanding of intercompany transactions and group reporting
Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Operationally minded with strong analytical and leadership skills
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fully remote setup
