SUMMARY:
We’re seeking a detail-driven Finance Manager to oversee reporting, costing, and strategic insights that keep our manufacturing operations performing at their best!

POSITION INFO:

Join a leading manufacturing group with a strong market reputation and a focus on operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, review & analyse monthly management accounts
- Drive budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis across production sites
- Manage costing, inventory valuation & margin analysis
- Ensure IFRS & tax compliance (VAT, income tax, statutory reporting)
- Partner with operations to improve efficiency & cost control
- Lead and mentor a small finance team

Skills & Requirements:

- BCom in Accounting / Finance (CIMA or Honours advantageous)
- 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong analytical mindset & excellent communication skills
