Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial management and reporting across multiple divisions
• Manage intercompany transfers, reconciliations, and group reporting processes
• Monitor and improve stock, sales, and distribution accounting
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to drive performance and profitability
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis with a strong business lens
• Maintain robust financial controls and compliance in a dynamic, high-pressure environment

Job Experience and Skills Required

• CA(SA) qualification
• 5+ years’ financial management experience, preferably in retail, sales, or distribution
• Proven exposure to stock management and intercompany reporting
• Strong operational and analytical background
• Advanced Excel and ERP system knowledge
• Resilient under pressure, commercially minded, and proactive in problem-solving
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills – able to guide and influence
