SUMMARY:
Lead the Numbers That Keep the Sales Engine Running
POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description
Join a leading retail and distribution group known for its fast-paced operations, high-performing teams, and strong global presence. They’re looking for a Financial Manager who thrives under pressure, understands the rhythm of retail, and can balance the books while keeping the business moving.
This is the kind of finance role that puts you in the driver’s seat. You’ll be part of the leadership conversation - not just reporting on the numbers, but shaping how they’re achieved. It’s fast, it’s demanding, and it’s built for someone who loves being right where business and finance meet.
This role offers full remote flexibility for a candidate who’s ready to hit the ground running - no hand-holding, no waiting for orientation. Just plug in, take charge, and make an impact.
This is not a back-office role, it’s hands-on, operational, and plugged directly into the engine room of sales, stock, and strategy. You’ll manage a high-volume environment, oversee intercompany transactions, and partner with key business units to keep performance sharp and financial integrity intact.
If you’ve ever described yourself as “cool under pressure” and love working in an environment where every number connects to something happening right now, this is your kind of challenge.

- Oversee financial management and reporting across multiple divisions
- Manage intercompany transfers, reconciliations, and group reporting processes
