This is not a back-office role, it’s hands-on, operational, and plugged directly into the engine room of sales, stock, and strategy. You’ll manage a high-volume environment, oversee intercompany transactions, and partner with key business units to keep performance sharp and financial integrity intact.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial management and reporting across multiple divisions
Manage intercompany transfers, reconciliations, and group reporting processes
Monitor and improve stock, sales, and distribution accounting
Partner with operational and commercial teams to drive performance and profitability
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis with a strong business lens
Maintain robust financial controls and compliance in a dynamic, high-pressure environment

Job Experience and Skills Required

CA(SA) qualification
5+ years’ financial management experience, preferably in retail, sales, or distribution
Proven exposure to stock management and intercompany reporting
Strong operational and analytical background
Advanced Excel and ERP system knowledge
Resilient under pressure, commercially minded, and proactive in problem-solving
Exceptional communication and leadership skills – able to guide and influence
