POSITION INFO:
Our client, an established leader in the automotive and wholesale industry is seeking a motivated and experienced Financial Manager to join their team in Durban North. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving financial performance, developing teams, and contributing to strategic business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full finance function, including debtors, creditors, reconciliations, and reporting
Prepare and present monthly management accounts and financial statements
Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Lead, train, and mentor the finance team to achieve operational excellence
Collaborate with management to identify efficiencies and drive continuous improvement
Provide insightful financial analysis to guide business performance and growth

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA)
8–10 years’ experience in a financial management role
Solid background in automotive or wholesale industries (advantageous)
Strong understanding of financial systems, reporting, and accounting principles
Proven leadership and management experience with a track record of building capable teams
Confident, mature, and outspoken personality with a proactive, hands-on approach
Excellent communication and analytical skills
