POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.
• Maintain accurate general ledger accounts, reconciliations, and financial records.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Monitor financial performance, cost centers, and mining project profitability.
• Collaborate with operational teams to resolve financial queries and provide timely financial insights.
• Assist with audits, tax submissions, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Implement and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal control measures.
• Mentor and support junior finance staff as needed.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting or finance,
• Manufacturing, or project-based industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Pastel) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
