POSITION INFO:
ð¹ Key Responsibilities

Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements, management reports, and investment performance analysis.
Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal financial policies.
Manage and mentor the finance team to enhance skills, efficiency, and accountability.
Assist in investment evaluation, risk assessment, and portfolio performance monitoring.
Collaborate with senior management to support strategic business initiatives and long-term growth plans.
Oversee cash flow management, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization.
Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial systems.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.

ð¹ Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in financial management
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, investment analysis, and risk management.
Proven leadership experience managing finance teams and complex projects.
High proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
