You’ll play a pivotal role in guiding financial operations, leading a strong team, and ensuring that the company continues to scale sustainably and intelligently. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who leads with clarity, communicates with confidence, and delivers with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end financial management across the group
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles
Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting
Manage the monthly close, balance sheet integrity, and audit readiness
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team
Ensure compliance, governance, and strong internal controls
Partner with operations and leadership to support commercial decision-making
Strengthen processes for efficiency, scalability, and financial discipline

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BCom Degree required
3–5 years management experience in a Financial Manager role
Must be immediately available
Experience in logistics or supply chain beneficial (but not essential)
Proven experience managing the full finance functions
Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
Advanced Excel & ERP literacy
