A leading company in integrated security and industrial solutions is seeking a technically strong and hands-on Financial Manager to join their dynamic finance team based in Johannesburg CBD.

This permanent role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in an operational, high-performance environment. You will take full ownership of financial management, control processes, and strategic insights—directly contributing to operational excellence and organisational growth. Exposure to the industrial, production, or manufacturing sector will be a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management
• Lead and mentor the finance team while driving continuous improvement across the department
• Manage month-end and year-end processes, including preparation of management accounts and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax legislation, and internal governance standards
• Implement and maintain strong financial controls and risk-management frameworks
• Collaborate with operational leaders to support data-driven decision-making and enhance financial performance
• Coordinate external audit processes and liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies

• BCom Degree (Accounting/Finance essential)
• Completed Articles (beneficial)
• 3+ years of post-qualification experience in a finance role
• Strong technical knowledge, analytical capability, and proven leadership skills
• Experience within industrial / production / manufacturing industries will be highly advantageous
