Job Description:

• Manage and control day-to-day financial activities across the organisation
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies
• Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team of six, building a culture of accountability and excellence
• Monitor and manage cash flow to support operational and strategic requirements
• Provide clear financial insights to support and influence senior management decisions
• Collaborate closely with operational teams to improve cost management and drive financial performance
• Assist with annual audit preparation and liaise with external auditors
• Implement and enhance financial systems, reporting processes, and internal controls
• Prepare accurate and timely management reports to support business performance reviews

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (essential)
• Chartered Accountant qualification preferred
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in financial management, ideally within the manufacturing sector
