SUMMARY:

Are you a strategic finance leader ready to take charge in a fast-paced environment?

We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Financial Manager to drive financial excellence and lead a high-performing team in Gauteng’s leading automotive group!

POSITION INFO:

In this role, you will be building relationships with key stakeholders, work closely with operations to secure alignment on account planning activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial reporting, policies, and procedures while ensuring compliance
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Lead and mentor a finance team, fostering growth and development
- Manage vendor contracts, cost control, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Champion process improvements and innovation across finance operations

Skills & Requirements:
- BCom Accounting degree – non-negotiable
- Advanced Excel proficiency – non-negotiable
- CIMA qualification advantageous
- 5–8 years relevant experience (motor, manufacturing, or construction industry ideal)
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to design and improve financial systems and processes
