POSITION INFO:
A major force in the Technology, Consumer Electronics & Smart Solutions sector is searching for an impact-driven Financial Manager; someone who can step in confidently, take ownership instantly, and elevate the financial function of a business that never slows down.

Based in Sandton, this role is perfect for a finance leader with a BCom, 3–5 years of management experience, and the ability to operate at the intersection of finance, operations, tech, and performance.

In this world, precision matters. Speed matters. Your ability to manage financial processes end-to-end, guide teams, and support strategic decision-making ensures that the business continues to scale with clarity and discipline.

Logistics experience? A huge plus — this environment values people who understand real movement, supply chain flow, and operational complexity.

Package: R 1 million per annum plus medical aid

ð Key Responsibilities:

Lead the full financial management function in a fast-paced environment
Oversee financial reporting, governance, compliance & month-end close
Drive budgeting, forecasting, cost control & financial planning
Strengthen internal controls and financial discipline across all units
Partner closely with operations, logistics, commercial and executive teams
Manage, mentor and uplift finance staff
Analyse financial performance & provide insights for strategic decisions
Ensure seamless flow between finance, supply chain & operational output

ð Job Experience & Skills Required:

BCom Degree — essential
3–5 years management experience
Experience in Technology, Consumer Electronics, Logistics or Supply Chain — advantageous
Strong financial reporting, planning & control capability
Advanced Excel & ERP proficiency
Strong communicator, confident decision-maker & operationally sharp
Must be immediately available (non-negotiable)
Structured, resilient, analytical, and able to lead in high-speed environments
