As the Financial Manager, you will be the driving force behind the company’s financial health. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, operationally intensive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the full financial function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement
Leading financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modelling
Managing month-end and year-end processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
Overseeing cash flow planning and working capital management
Leading, mentoring, and developing the finance team, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence

Job Experience and Skills Required:).

BCom degree (Finance/Accounting)
3–5 years of experience in a financial management role
Exposure to the logistics, supply chain, or distribution environment is a significant advantage
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving performance
