Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the finance function across operations
• Manage stock, production costing, and inventory controls with precision
• Oversee monthly management accounts, reporting, and reconciliations
• Maintain strong cash flow management and financial discipline
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and internal control requirements
• Partner closely with operational teams to support production performance

• BCom in Accounting or Finance
• Articles completed is beneficial
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Financial Manager or senior finance role
• Strong exposure to industrial, production, or manufacturing environments
• Proven experience managing stock and cost-heavy operations
• Resilient, assertive personality with the ability to operate under pressure
• Hands-on, detail-driven, and operationally focused
